CNC machine sales
With portable sawmills on every corner and the slab market being crazy there is a need for a tool to flatten large slabs.
A 24" wide large format planer costs in excess of $16,000. This machine is capable of flattening a 24" wide slab. It does not offer any other features or benefits. With this planer design you have to feed the material through it.
Entry Level Solutions can provide a CNC slab flattener that can flatten 5'x12' material. This tool also gives you full CNC capability. This means, not only can you surface large slabs, but you can also make signs, carvings, and whatever else you can imagine. The material is placed on the table so there is no need to handle it more than loading and unloading.
All of this for less than the cost of a 24" wide planer.

Wood slabs come in every shape and size. Our machines can handle just about any size you can produce.
With the use of a rotary cutter, wood species and twisted grain is not a concern. A straight grained board will come out just as good as a highly figured one.
